The Local Kitchen & Tap- Restaurant Conversion

Provided the layout and construction documents to convert the former 8,050 square foot Tilted Kilt Restaurant in to The Local Kitchen & Tap for the Four Napkin Hospitality Group. The conversion included reconfiguring the dining rooms and installing booth and banquette seating, removing the Kilt’s standard Irish millwork package and low-arched soffits, removing a soffit and opening up the bar, and installing a new audio-visual package throughout the restaurant.
