1,522 SF framed building with brick and stone veneer, and faux slate roof, with full basement. Constructed with timber framed side canopies and outdoor fireplace for special events, full-service interior bar and lounge with fireplace, pro shop and office, washrooms, with golf simulator in basement. Site work included Installation of four new paddle-tennis courts, new drop-off driveway, and full landscaping.
